How we work
Every hotel is different, so everything we build is configurable: forms, rules, emails, payments and branding. We connect to the systems hotels already use and add new modules step by step, so hotels can start small and grow.
Gustaffo started in Vienna with a simple observation: hotels were running the most personal part of their business, the guest’s stay, on a patchwork of emails, PDFs, paper forms and disconnected tools. Guests felt every gap, and front office teams spent their days filling them.
Our team brings together people from hospitality and software. We build every feature together with the hotels that use it, test it at real front desks, and keep improving it based on what guests and staff tell us. What drives us is simple: when the routine work runs by itself, hotel teams have more time for what no software can do, which is welcoming people.
